Requirements

  • Proficient in both English and Swedish
  • A degree in Engineering or another technical/scientific subject; or equivalent work experience and skills
  • Prior exposure to project or portfolio management, with knowledge of project management methodologies preferred
  • Understanding of project financial planning
  • Analytical approach with the ability to draw conclusions and make decisions based on data
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and good experience with PowerBI preferred
  • Enthusiastic about a role centered on data and analytics
  • Experience with IT systems such as SAP, MS Office, PowerBI, and Planview PPM Pro is valuable
  • Encouraging and supportive personality, enthusiastic about assisting others and solving issues
  • Bonus: Knowledge of In vitro diagnostics (IVD) regulations and guidelines, and understanding of quality systems requirements (ISO 13485 and QSR)

Responsibilities

  • Act as Superuser, administrator, and IDD trainer for our Project Management planning tool, Planview PPM Pro
  • Provide analysis on project performance and present data to support portfolio decision making
  • Maintain, follow-up, and report project master data bank, resource planning files, and time reporting
  • Coordinate global the project lifecycle management board meetings, both virtually and face-to-face, alongside the divisional leadership team and project teams, handling all logistical aspects and assisting with facilitation
  • Deliver regular trainings for project team members and managers, continually improving the project management tool
  • Plan, define, and drive data compilation for recurring financial processes, including the annual budget process and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with finance business partners
  • Build, maintain, and develop business intelligence reports from PPMPro using tools such as PowerBI
  • Support project leaders with templates, tools, and checklists
  • Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) Director and other collaborators with project portfolio business intelligence and analytics
  • Help with quarterly project performance data reporting to group level
