The salary range is $120,000 - $148,000 a year, though LifeStance reserves the right to pay more or less based on circumstances.
The position is open to Full-Time or Part-Time In-Person work.
Candidates must be Licensed in Illinois with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC), hold an active DEA, have a minimum of 1 year of experience with medication management, and be experienced in both medication management and therapy. Full Practice Authority License for Illinois is highly preferred but not required.
