Responsibilities

  • Building specific LLM-powered features end-to-end, including prompt engineering, latency optimization, behavior tuning/testing, and traditional fullstack development tasks (coding frontends/backends, designing APIs and databases)
  • Developing a strong in-house LLM stack to serve the evolving needs of the product (API integration, testing, observability, caching, infrastructure for fine-tuning and inference)
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous deployment and fast iteration cycles, shipping work early and often based on user feedback
  • Wearing multiple hats as a designer, researcher, engineer, product manager, and other roles as needed to create an amazing product
