Requirements

Knowledgeable in all modules of Financial and ERP systems (Oracle and Optivision) along with interfaces
Ability to act as administrator and superuser of Financial and ERP systems
Experience in approving security requests, designing new reports, and liaising with external consultants

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain safety programs for administrative employees and ensure compliance with plant safety rules
Ensure timely purchasing of goods and services, manage orders, maintain accurate records of purchases and invoices, and evaluate suppliers for quality and reliability
Prepare analyses and reports for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as scheduled or requested
Seek, create, and/or modify programs and reports to improve efficiency in administrative tasks and implement new procedures as required
Prepare, consolidate, and reconcile financial reports for month-end closing; provide analysis and reporting of cost and production variances; support mill cost reduction teams
Help identify and control financial risk through processes like conducting physical inventories, accrual and reserve analysis, receivable collections, and fixed asset physicals
Complete internal and external reporting as assigned, exceeding timelines and accuracy
Oversee and facilitate Financial Business Areas including OneStream, Planning, Capital Investments, SG&A, Internal Controls, etc
Manage and monitor capital spending, including internal audits on completed projects; support the S92 project closure process
Build and maintain productive employee relationships, drive employee satisfaction, provide direction, training, development, coaching, counseling, or discipline as needed, report disciplinary action to Site Manager, and address employee concerns
Coordinate purchasing, customer service, shipping, and similar functions to meet customer demands, manage overtime, minimize inventory, and reduce costs
Drive productivity and quality initiatives through administrative functions
Track materials and supplies ordering patterns
Serve as the “face of the Menasha Mill” for visitors and new employees
Organize meetings and assist in setting up occasional luncheons
Lead the Office 5S and Employee Experience Teams for the plant
Enter scale weights for inbound raw materials into the database for timely supplier payments and accurate reconciliation
Backfill the MRO Clerk / Scheduler as needed
Backfill the Administrative Assistant as needed, including scheduling and payroll
