Business Administration/Project Coordination (preferred)

Responsibilities

Developing the monthly shop floor plans to ensure efficient operation, high level of efficiency and integrity, and achievement of excellence
Managing sizing efforts and developing plans that maximize customer satisfaction through optimal utilization of resources and handling production requirements/changes
Analyzing data and adjusting inventory levels as needed to support overall site inventory goals
Managing implementation of new raw materials/components and run out of old components in support of configuration changes
Working with internal departments to ensure timely releases of materials in support of production
Managing prompt resolution of issues related to rejected raw materials/components, including communications for material replacement and timely disposition
Coordinating formula and packaging changes between New Product Introduction (NPI), Supply Planner, Regulatory, Purchasing and Production to ensure smooth implementation and proper run down of raw and packaging materials
Ensuring compliance with Regulatory, Security, Safety and GMP policies and standard operating procedures
Analyzing SAP MRP to ensure components are available to meet planned production demand
Providing data to change control SME for implementation of new or alternative materials/specifications, changes in components, or introduction of new components, ensuring activities are implemented within established timeframes
Ensuring on-time release of purchase orders to approved suppliers for production materials needed, in accordance with packaging components specifications and inventory targets in SAP
Achieving OEE target for changeover and cleaning (9%)
Administering all inter-company orders to ensure on-time/in-full product delivery
Analyzing and managing capacity to achieve a feasible production plan for assigned lines
Reconciling the Master Production Schedule against Customer Orders to avoid excess exposure beyond necessary coverage
Utilizing MPP output to ensure timely receipt of raw materials/components to support production
Providing administrative duties, communications and project management support for the Logistics Performance Team
