Responsibilities

Planowanie i realizacja opieki pielęgnacyjnej stosownie do stanu zdrowia pacjenta, diagnozy lekarskiej
Dokumentowanie przebiegu dializy i procesów pielęgnacyjnych
Przygotowanie stanowiska dializacyjnego, przygotowanie maszyny do dializy oraz dializatora
Przygotowanie pacjenta do dializy zgodnie z obowiązującym protokołem (kontrola wagi, CTK, tętna, temperatury, ocena dostępu naczyniowego, monitorowanie czynności higienicznych)
Podłączenie dializy przy użyciu przetoki tętniczo-żylnej lub cewnika naczyniowego zgodnie z aktualnym zleceniem lekarskim
Monitorowanie stanu pacjenta oraz parametrów technicznych dializy zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami pacjenta
Aktywizowanie chorego do udziału w leczeniu i pielęgnacji
Utrzymanie w gotowości narzędzi, sprzętu i aparatury
