We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Web Developer with strong backend or LAMP Stack development expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building robust, scalable, and secure web applications and a proven track record of working across the full development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PHP: Extensive experience with backend development.
• LAMP Stack Expertise: Solid understanding of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and its configuration and optimization.
• Database Experience: Experience working with relational databases, including database design and performance tuning.
• Front-End Familiarity: Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their interaction with backend systems.
• Version Control: Proficient understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
• API Knowledge: Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop, Test, and Maintain: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications and APIs using PHP and the LAMP stack.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and project managers, to deliver seamless and user-friendly solutions.
• Database Design: Design and implement database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure the integrity and security of application data.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
• Participation: Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments to ensure a high-quality product.
• Technology Updates: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development to improve processes and implement innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Framework Experience: Experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Cloud Services: Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deployment pipelines.
• Containerization: Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Security Understanding: Understanding of security principles and best practices in web application development.
