Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop
  • Proven proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Strong understanding of colour theory and image/video editing techniques
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Availability 4 days per week (casual position)
  • Experience with Shopify (advantageous, not mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently cull and select high-volume image files from ecommerce photoshoots
  • Edit selected images in Lightroom Classic, ensuring color accuracy and consistency
  • Make minor adjustments in Photoshop (skin/body retouching not required)
  • Colour grade, crop, and adjust exposure for campaign imagery
  • Collaborate with external photo editors as needed
  • Upload and manage edited imagery in Shopify
  • Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and YouTube Shorts
  • Support with resizing and reformatting content for multiple platforms
  • Disperse and adapt master edits into platform-specific versions, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, and file formats
  • Create engaging edits using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Work across a variety of formats – from social-first edits to longer branded content
  • Keep up to date with viral formats, trending audios, and visual trends in the fashion space
  • Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to deliver content optimized for platform and audience
  • Manage and organize a vast digital photo library on Google Drive
  • Implement efficient file naming and folder structures
  • Ensure smooth data transfer and backup procedures
