Responsibilities

  • Rezeptkoordination: Sammeln und Prüfen aller relevanten Informationen, damit Ärzt:innen Rezepte effizient bewerten können
  • Rezeptbearbeitung: Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit, Arzneimittelsicherheit und mögliche Wechselwirkungen
  • Kund:innenberatung: Beratung zu Anwendung, Nebenwirkungen, Selbstmedikation und Kontraindikationen
  • Kommunikation: Kontakt zu Ärzt:innen oder Patient:innen bei Rückfragen – telefonisch oder per E-Mail
  • Pharmazeutische Ansprechperson: Erste/r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fragen rund um Medikamente
  • Prozessverbesserung: Aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Optimierung digitaler Abläufe
