Requirements

Responsibilities
- Rezeptkoordination: Sammeln und Prüfen aller relevanten Informationen, damit Ärzt:innen Rezepte effizient bewerten können
- Rezeptbearbeitung: Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit, Arzneimittelsicherheit und mögliche Wechselwirkungen
- Kund:innenberatung: Beratung zu Anwendung, Nebenwirkungen, Selbstmedikation und Kontraindikationen
- Kommunikation: Kontakt zu Ärzt:innen oder Patient:innen bei Rückfragen – telefonisch oder per E-Mail
- Pharmazeutische Ansprechperson: Erste/r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fragen rund um Medikamente
- Prozessverbesserung: Aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Optimierung digitaler Abläufe
