Join our team in Bad Homburg near Frankfurt am Main as a Pharmareferent Cardiometabolic Health (m/f/d) starting immediately and working full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales discussions with healthcare professionals in practices, clinics, and pharmacies (diabetologists, internists, general practitioners, cardiologists, nephrologists, pharmacists), utilizing digital communication channels.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute territory action plans and contact route planning.
  • Organize and conduct training events, including digital formats.
  • Contribute to the design of events and workshops.

Requirements

  • Scientific education (ideally university degree) or certified training as a Pharmareferent:in.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Pharmareferent:in, with in-depth knowledge in the field of diabetes and experience in practices and clinics.
  • Clear sales ambition and excellent sales skills; sales experience in the diabetes field is necessary.
  • High social competence, strong team spirit, and networking skills.
  • Digital IT competence and effective use of modern communication channels for customer engagement.
