Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Ability to operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Ability to process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Skills in using policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments and priorities
- Ability to collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners

Responsibilities
- Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
- Stock and secure Pharmacy supplies and merchandise
- Enter prescription information or file prescriptions
- Complete and maintain paperwork, forms, and other required documentation
- Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area
- Organize and maintain the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork logs and other required documentation
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy
- Work as a team, build strong relationships, communicate effectively, mentor others, and recognize contributions
- Maintain highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance; model Walmart values
- Deliver results while putting the customer first; make decisions based on reliable information
- Drive continuous improvements, embrace new technologies and skills, and support others through change
