Requirements

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Ability to operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment

  • Ability to process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types

Responsibilities

  • Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services
  • Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
  • Stock and secure Pharmacy supplies and merchandise
  • Enter prescription information or file prescriptions
  • Complete and maintain paperwork, forms, and other required documentation
  • Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area
  • Organize and maintain the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork logs and other required documentation
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy
  • Work as a team, build strong relationships, communicate effectively, mentor others, and recognize contributions
  • Maintain highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance; model Walmart values
  • Deliver results while putting the customer first; make decisions based on reliable information
  • Drive continuous improvements, embrace new technologies and skills, and support others through change
