Candidates must be accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy, possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required, and have 0-3 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and the ability to have regular and predictable attendance, be mobile, lift and scan items, demonstrate finger dexterity, reach overhead, extend hands and arms, exhibit precision control, and stoop to a considerable degree.
As a Pharmacy Intern, the role involves supporting patient care programs, ensuring a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment, leading with heart by displaying empathy and compassion, seeking ways to grow and collaborate, aligning others around the company’s purpose, facilitating a team culture, and contributing to patient health through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
