Requirements

Strong organization and multi-tasking ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience with inventory management (preferably clinical trial experience, but not mandatory)
Good communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively
Teamwork ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and precision
Willingness to operate forklifts and cherry pickers (training provided)
Experience in a regulated industry (preferably pharmaceutical experience)
Physical ability to bend, lift 50 pounds, and stand for 8 hours daily
Basic computer skills with proficiency in basic computer operations
Inventory software proficiency (desirable, but not required)
Must pass client's background and drug screen

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counting of inventory items
Apply stickering and labeling to products
Assist with construction and maintenance of coolers
Prepare supplies for various processes
Manage and organize inventory supplies
Follow GMP procedures for garbage and waste disposal
Stage materials for destruction according to GMP guidelines
Receive and process incoming shipments
Assist with various special projects as needed
Assist with Special Security Substance (SSS) inventories
