- Graduação em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas relacionadas
- Inglês intermediário / Avançado
- Experiência (2 anos) em IA, dados ou desenvolvimento
- Experiência com LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Gemini ou modelos open-source)
- Conhecimento de RAG: loading, splitting, embedding, armazenamento (Chroma, MongoDB, PGVector, etc.), otimização das buscas
- Conhecimento em Prompt Engineering (prompts estruturados, otimização e avaliação)
- Experiência com Python, APIs e frameworks para GenAI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy etc.)
- Entendimento de arquiteturas em nuvem (Azure, AWS ou similares)
Responsibilities
- Construir aplicações com LLMs, incluindo fine-tuning, RAG, agentes e fluxos avançados de Prompt Engineering
- Definir arquiteturas que conectam IA Generativa com nuvem, pipelines de dados, APIs e sistemas internos
- Estruturar pipelines, embeddings, bancos vetoriais e garantia de qualidade e segurança dos dados
- Identificar casos de uso, criação de POCs, monitoramento de modelos e implementação de boas práticas de segurança e compliance
- Atuar de forma integrada com diversas áreas, apoio ao time comercial e, no caso de Sênior, liderança e orientação técnica de profissionais
