Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, and preference is given to those with one year of retail or related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to make decisions and solve problems, and detail-oriented skills.
The Personal Shopper will lead the eCommerce process of receiving grocery orders from customers online, ensuring orders are picked, properly bagged and stored, and in place for pick-up in a timely manner. They will review customer comments and special instructions, ensure quality control, handle products carefully, scan order products, confirm order totals, follow proper procedures for storing orders, report customer issues, research and resolve customer complaints, provide focused and effective customer service, implement the Company service program, follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines, follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations, and follow Guest Experience Guidelines. They may also be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
