Requirements

Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in performance content creation, ideally within a digital agency environment, and proven expertise using CapCut for video editing and Figma for graphic design. They should also possess a strong understanding of UGC-style content and what drives engagement across paid media, along with familiarity with working on product-focused and lifestyle campaigns. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be able to work EST hours with some flexibility (earlier preferred) and have a nice to have prior experience producing AI-assisted or AI-generated content, as well as an interest in consumer products and performance marketing trends.

Responsibilities

The Performance Content Creator will edit and produce short-form UGC-style ad videos tailored for paid social platforms, design static assets that support campaign objectives and brand guidelines, collaborate with the marketing director and creative team to follow briefs and support evolving creative strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative content, balancing both video and graphic design needs. They will also maintain awareness of current trends and cultural moments in US digital advertising.
