Pay ranges vary by visit type and experience: Visit 70-85, SOC 100-120, REC 90-100, EVAL 90-100, DIS 75-90, NVA 50-60.
This is a PRN per diem position with 5-20 hours a week (2-3 days a week) in the St George territory. Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
Candidates need an active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state, Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, especially in home health.
