- Active MD or DO licensure in good standing
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a primary care-related specialty
- Licensure in at least 3–4 of the following MD-only states: South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Alabama (AL), Georgia (GA), Indiana (IN), Missouri (MO), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-residency in a primary care setting
- At least 6 months of telemedicine experience
- Willingness to work ~1 hour/day, 5 days per week
- Comfortable providing care synchronously via video
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Strong diagnostic skills and excellent communication abilities
- Skilled at using online tools and digital platforms to deliver care
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions through telemedicine
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing
- Accurately document clinical encounters in the EMR system
- Collaborate with care coordination and internal operations teams
- Adhere to Vitable Health policies and complete required training
