Requirements

Active MD or DO licensure in good standing
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a primary care-related specialty
Licensure in at least 3–4 of the following MD-only states: South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Alabama (AL), Georgia (GA), Indiana (IN), Missouri (MO), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-residency in a primary care setting
At least 6 months of telemedicine experience
Willingness to work ~1 hour/day, 5 days per week
Comfortable providing care synchronously via video
Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMRs)
Strong diagnostic skills and excellent communication abilities
Skilled at using online tools and digital platforms to deliver care
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions through telemedicine
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing
Accurately document clinical encounters in the EMR system
Collaborate with care coordination and internal operations teams
Adhere to Vitable Health policies and complete required training
