Requirements

Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA)
6+ years of experience with Pega platform implementations
Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation
Proven experience in planning and executing Pega platform upgrades
Experience with application servers (e.g. Apache Tomcat)
Team management experience
Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership and communication skills
Australian citizenship with baseline security clearance at minimum

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and detailed design for Pega-based applications using Pega Constellation
Plan and execute Pega platform upgrades and migrations with minimal business impact
Design, implement and operationalize integrations with external services (Kafka, ElasticSearch)
Define platform standards, reuse patterns, and CI/CD/deployment strategies for multi-environment landscapes
Mentor and guide CSSAs/System Architects and development teams; conduct design and code reviews
Collaborate with product owners, infrastructure, security and operations teams to align architecture with business and compliance needs
