Responsibilities
- Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy (potential split position)
- Work primarily with pediatric patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns
- Use evidence-based therapies like CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
- Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
- Consult frequently with medical professionals
- Collaborate as an integral part of primary care teams (embedded within primary care office)
