The primary location is remote with travel to patient homes in and around the Atlanta, GA area within a 75-100 mile radius. Travel is expected to be up to 25%, and the schedule is Monday through Friday.
Candidates need an active Georgia RN license, PALS and BLS certifications, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), minimum 4+ years of pediatric nursing experience, and 1-2 years in pediatric ED, urgent care, or inpatient preferred. EMS (EMT/P) experience and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, along with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.
You will collaborate as part of an integrated care team including physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, navigators, social workers, and therapists to provide seamless support across medical, behavioral, and social needs.
