Requirements

- PALS & BLS required
- EMS (EMT/P) experience preferred

- Minimum 4+ years of pediatric nursing experience
- 1–2 years in pediatric ED, urgent care, or inpatient preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Travel to members’ homes or community settings to deliver episodic, longitudinal, and urgent care support
- Build trusted relationships with patients and families, ensuring compassionate, coordinated care
- Collaborate as part of an integrated care team including physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, navigators, social workers, and therapists to provide seamless support across medical, behavioral, and social needs
- Conduct and document in-home assessments, perform procedures (ear irrigation, point of care testing, IVs and lab draws, wound care, medication administration), provide patient and family education and follow-up care using the Imagine Pediatrics care platform
- Perform as an acute care registered nurse a few days per week to conduct virtual nursing, patient assessments, and manage urgent pediatric needs using established protocols
- Conduct documentation in the electronic medical records (Athena) and utilize the Imagine Pediatrics proprietary application to communicate with families

What is the work location and travel requirement for this role?
The primary location is remote with travel to patient homes in and around the Atlanta, GA area within a 75-100 mile radius. Travel is expected to be up to 25%, and the schedule is Monday through Friday.
What qualifications and experience are required for this position?
Candidates need an active Georgia RN license, PALS and BLS certifications, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), minimum 4+ years of pediatric nursing experience, and 1-2 years in pediatric ED, urgent care, or inpatient preferred. EMS (EMT/P) experience and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, along with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.
