Rich work experience in the field (equivalent to a bachelor's degree from a regular higher education institution, or high school diploma with corresponding work experience)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules
Plan and schedule material/production needs
Manage overall planning, material flow, and systems
Prepare and update production plans and procurement needs
Ensure operations align with production plans and KPIs
Optimize inventory and process improvements
Execute policies/strategies using in-depth knowledge of technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience
Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including hiring and developing talent, with direct personnel management responsibilities such as staffing and performance development
Apply best practice knowledge and understanding of how own field integrates with others; understand competition and market differentiators
Exercise judgment and propose alternative solutions outside set parameters to handle more complex, technically diverse, and/or interdependent production cycles
Utilize technical experience and analytical thinking; use various internal resources and limited external resources outside own team to aid decision-making
Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
May lead small projects with low risk and resource needs
Facilitate consensus among team members on field-related topics; convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
