Responsibilities

  • Monitoring sales targets and ensuring sufficient SAP plan load to cover them
  • Analyzing customer requirements, respecting the established run policy plus 3 weeks post-run vs. machine capacity
  • Loading the plan into SAP for the MRP run
  • Validating requirement fluctuations and balancing orders above capacity, as well as submitting them for negotiation with customers
  • Monitoring and improving past due
  • Controlling premium expenditure
  • Creating a plan for each part of raw materials and finished products
  • Ensuring the planning of critical numbers
  • Ensuring the correct configuration of parameters in SAP for both raw materials and finished products
  • Controlling SAP inventory (raw materials and finished products)
  • Controlling excess and obsolete inventory
  • Ensuring the daily plan is delivered to the manufacturing area one shift in advance
  • Analysis of hazards and risks that may affect the supply chain, as well as existing controls to mitigate them
  • Participation in daily results meetings
  • Participation in compliance with the area's KPIs
  • Monitoring engineering changes
