Responsibilities

Monitoring sales targets and ensuring sufficient SAP plan load to cover them
Analyzing customer requirements, respecting the established run policy plus 3 weeks post-run vs. machine capacity
Loading the plan into SAP for the MRP run
Validating requirement fluctuations and balancing orders above capacity, as well as submitting them for negotiation with customers
Monitoring and improving past due
Controlling premium expenditure
Creating a plan for each part of raw materials and finished products
Ensuring the planning of critical numbers
Ensuring the correct configuration of parameters in SAP for both raw materials and finished products
Controlling SAP inventory (raw materials and finished products)
Controlling excess and obsolete inventory
Ensuring the daily plan is delivered to the manufacturing area one shift in advance
Analysis of hazards and risks that may affect the supply chain, as well as existing controls to mitigate them
Participation in daily results meetings
Participation in compliance with the area's KPIs
Monitoring engineering changes
Compliance with the EOS system
Defining lead times for finished products
Notifying changes to lead times and standard packs
Monitoring transfers
Notifying number transfers to other Aptiv plants
