Responsibilities

  • Coordinate EMEA Regional E&O activities according APTIV policy
  • Ensure correct Plant E&O calculation and report to Finance (accruals)
  • Follow up Material Disposal Authorization Request process and global E&O root cause consolidation by plant/region
  • Support Plants on the definition of action plans to cover major gaps
  • Identify opportunities for E&O reduction – between plants; to distributors; return to suppliers, etc. Follow up potential initiatives
  • Monitor E&O KPI’s and execute E&O report by region/plant
  • Organize and provide E&O training for plants
  • Ensure on time PC metrics reporting (weekly/monthly)
