Requirements

The Payroll Tax Specialist must have a strong understanding of U.S. payroll tax operations, including tax filings, remittances, and variance resolution. Responsibilities

The Payroll Tax Specialist will manage and process timely tax deposits and filings, resolve quarter-end variances, and establish scalable operational frameworks. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for tax notices, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining communication with tax authorities. The specialist will also collaborate with the US Payroll Team to develop and implement operational structures, workflows, and processes for U.S. payroll and tax management, and lead the Year-End process by auditing and balancing all reports.
