Responsibilities

  • Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Netzwerke zu allen relevanten Market-Access-Akteuren
  • Identifikation entscheidender Stakeholder und Initiierung gemeinsamer Projekte zur Verbesserung der Versorgungssituation
  • Sicherstellung des regionalen Erstattungs- und Marktzugangs ohne wirtschaftliche Bedenken für Ärzt:innen
  • Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Entwicklung regionaler Access-Strategien
  • Organisation von Informations- und Schulungsformaten zur Verordnungssicherheit
  • Analyse regionaler Markt- und Versorgungsdaten und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsoptionen
  • Antizipation gesundheitspolitischer Entwicklungen und Überführung in strategische Empfehlungen
  • Implementierung von Mehrwertlösungen, die regionale Versorgungslücken schließen
  • Leitung des Account-Planungsprozesses im Team (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Marketing)
  • Laterale Führung sowie gemeinsame Zielsetzung im cross-funktionalen Team
  • Schulung und Begleitung des Außendienstes zu Erstattungs- und Access-Themen
