Responsibilities

The Partnerships Lead - Japan will be responsible for building a deep understanding of the Japanese market, developing relationships with key decision-makers in brands, ideating and pitching partnership proposals, owning a pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets, working closely with local and HQ teams on activations, negotiating contract terms, leading on new partner onboarding, providing best-in-class partner management, coordinating business reviews, exploring new opportunities for partnership expansion, and leading ad-hoc partnership projects as directed by the manager.
