Requirements

  • Available to work up to 40 hours weekly
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform job requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of safety awareness, quality, and compliance
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, procedure manuals, and policies
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate instruction in English
  • Strong safe work ethic and can-do demeanor
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and job development

Responsibilities

  • Walk and/or transport automotive parts via carts
  • Reach, move, push, pull, and/or lift automotive parts with both arms
  • Bend and/or twist repetitively
  • Grip and pinch with both hands and use various hand tools as well as a scanner
  • Perform multiple hands-on tasks associated with warehousing functions in a standardized, structured environment
  • Report to the Vancouver PDC (Langley, British Columbia) on a full-time basis for onsite work
  • Work day shift (10:00am - 6:30pm, partial shifts may be scheduled), 24-32 hours/week based on business needs and availability
  • Work overtime as business needs dictate
