The ability to foster connections with customers and contribute towards meeting sales goals is required. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays with a minimum availability of 16 hours a week is necessary.
The Retail Ambassador will provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy’s customer. They will own all day-to-day customer interactions in the physical store and across all brand touch points. Supporting the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational duties is expected. The role requires developing and maintaining an expert-level understanding of products and processes, elevating customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement to create loyalty within the community.
