Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney, and hold an active real estate license (salesperson or broker). A DREI certification is preferred, and previous instruction and/or training experience is strongly preferred. Applicants must have a computer with an HD camera and microphone, as well as a quiet, dedicated office space with a strong internet connection. The ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom is also required.

Responsibilities

The Part Time Real Estate Instructor will instruct assigned courses according to the course plan, actively engage with students, utilize a strong understanding of webinar/live-streaming technology and online instruction, recommend strategies for student success, and assist students in meeting course objectives. They will also participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings, be willing to commute to Dayton and Cincinnati locations to teach classes, and provide insightful lessons and real-world examples to students.
