Requirements

Candidates must possess an active real estate license in good standing, a minimum of five years of experience in the real estate industry, and demonstrated expertise in state-specific real estate licensing requirements, particularly in Florida, Texas, New York, and/or California. Responsibilities

The Real Estate Curriculum Reviewer will conduct comprehensive research on state-specific real estate licensing requirements and stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and exam content outlines, review and audit existing courses for brokers and salespersons to ensure content accuracy and compliance with state requirements, identify gaps or outdated information in course materials and recommend updates, audit the existing practice question bank to ensure alignment with current state exam questions and formats, review and evaluate new practice questions for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with state-specific regulations, revise and update practice questions as needed to maintain the highest quality standards.
