Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney, and hold an active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker). Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in Arizona is strongly preferred, and DREI certification is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have computer equipment including an HD camera and microphone, a quiet office space with a strong internet connection, and the ability to instruct both onsite and via Zoom. Experience or qualifications in law, finance, or appraisal for specific courses are also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Part-Time Real Estate Instructor will instruct assigned courses according to the course plan, actively engage with students in both the classroom and online, utilize a strong understanding of webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction, recommend strategies for student success, and assist students in meeting course objectives. They will also utilize content and course materials provided by ASREB and be able to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom.
