Part Time Maintenance Mechanic at J.M. Smucker

The position pays $42.94 per hour.

This is a part-time on-site position requiring availability to work every Saturday on day shift in a production environment.

Candidates need 5+ years of direct industrial equipment maintenance in a production environment, ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics and parts specifications, own hand tools, and skills in diagnosing/repairing machine malfunctions, routine maintenance, troubleshooting conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computerized preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

A strong candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, availability every Saturday, HS/GED, own tools, blueprint reading skills, and knowledge of baking or high-speed packing equipment is a plus; pre-employment drug and background checks are required.
