Requirements

Candidates must be licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, able to practice without supervision, and informed on state telehealth policies. They should be comfortable with technology for virtual sessions, possess the capability to build therapeutic relationships virtually, and maintain a polished, professional virtual presence. Strong ability to identify appropriate levels of care, experience treating various conditions with interdisciplinary teams, and proficiency in using technology for administrative and clinical support are essential. Remote work from a secure, private location is required, along with access to a smartphone, laptop, and internet connection. A background check is mandatory, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Part Time Clinical Talk Therapist will deliver high-quality care to participants to help them achieve their goals for improved quality of life and wellbeing. Responsibilities include meeting productivity standards of at least 15 completed counseling sessions per week, concurrent note-taking during sessions, developing treatment plans, and participating in treatment team meetings. The therapist will advocate for participants' clinical needs, liaise with customer success activities, and bring successful models and techniques to support participants. They will also support the development of communication and outreach materials, serve as the first point of escalation for participant dissatisfaction, and report to the operations team for unresolved concerns. Keeping abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques, is also part of the role.
