  • Previous work experience in logistics operations
  • Experience operating multiple types of mobile equipment (Reach truck, Forklift, Order picker)
  • Experience with scan gun technology
  • Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Willingness to walk for extended prolonged periods
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to various operations
  • Willingness and ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Commitment to working safely all day every day
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Ability to own work, learn, and improve for safety and quality adherence
  • Physical ability to constantly stand on concrete floors, walk on concrete floors (up to 80 feet), rotate and bend at the waist occasionally, reach with hands/arms frequently in any direction (from floor to overhead), and hold static positions occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials
  • Ensure proper transactions are completed timely and inventory tracking is accurate using scan guns
  • Optional use of mobile equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks (for qualified individuals)
  • Work at least 10 hours per pay period (every two weeks) in 5-hour blocks, up to a maximum of 20 hours per pay period
  • Build own flexible schedule within guidelines
