The Eligibility Consultant will handle physical documents and paper records to verify patient or member eligibility for healthcare services, reviewing paper forms and applications to gather and validate information. They will organize paper-based eligibility documents through filing systems, perform manual data entry, ensure compliance with regulations, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, generate reports, and analyze data related to eligibility operations. Additionally, the role involves providing customer service and issue resolution, as well as following feedback and participating in performance reviews.
