High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
3-5 years of prior automotive PBE (Paint, Body & Equipment) experience preferred
Successfully complete the PBE Knowledge Assessment
General knowledge of Paint, Body & Equipment functions and purposes
Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, catalogs, procedure manuals, financial and operational reports
Ability to understand and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to complete basic math accurately (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Ability to use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Physical ability to walk/stand predominantly, talk/hear, use hands/fingers, reach, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl, lift/move up to 50 pounds; specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, depth perception, adjust focus)
Ability to work in environments with occasional outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, high places, toxic/caustic chemicals, moderate noise

Responsibilities

Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
Perform specialty paint or industrial supply orders; source non-stock products as requested
Mix paint; train others to mix paint; perform camera readings and color tinting when needed
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment/completion, safety, open/close duties)
Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock)
Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
