Responsibilities

  • Think like a strategist: Translate business goals and briefs into high-performing ad concepts that resonate with target audiences
  • Edit scroll-stopping video ads: Use expert-level pacing, structure, and visual storytelling to craft paid social ads with strong hooks, quick cuts, clear CTAs, and a direct-response mindset
  • Write copy that converts: Develop on-screen text, headlines, and scripts optimized for platform, brand voice, and performance
  • Act as talent when needed: Be comfortable jumping in front of the camera or recording VO for UGC-style content and lo-fi ads
  • Stay on top of trends: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments, proactively integrating them into content across TikTok, Meta, Snap, and YouTube
  • Iterate quickly and effectively: Test, learn, and optimize based on performance data; know what to scale, what to kill, and how to improve concepts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with strategists, copywriters, designers, and performance marketers to bring paid ads to life from concept through post
