Experience with packaging machinery or equipment (a plus)
Ability to operate packaging machines (knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting)
Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (typically 30-50 lbs)

Strong focus on quality control to ensure packaging meets standards and specifications
Ability to inspect finished product and make adjustments when necessary
