Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Passion, dedication, knowledge, motivation, and experience in dialysis or hemodialysis care
Ability to function as part of a hemodialysis health care team
Adherence to FMS policies, procedures, training, mission, vision, values, customer service philosophy, Quality Enhancement Program (QEP), CQI activities, and Compliance Program

Responsibilities

Drive FMS culture through values and customer service standards, providing outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develop and maintain effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Take initiative to respond, resolve, and follow up on customer service issues in a timely manner
Direct Patient Care Technicians in the provision of safe and effective delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy to patients
Manage Patient Care Technicians, delegate tasks, train, and monitor all direct-patient staff including LVNs/LPNs and Dialysis Assistants
Assess care needs and develop assignments
Ensure provision of quality patient care on a daily basis
Actively participate in process improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and achievement of FMCNA Quality Enhancement Goals
Support patient satisfaction initiatives
