Requirements
Candidates should possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities
The Outpatient Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for assigned patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, documenting patient data, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. They will also provide patient and family education, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, initiate or assist with emergency response measures, and serve as a resource for the healthcare team, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
