Outbound Selector at Sysco

Shifts typically start between 5:00pm and 5:30pm, with 4 shifts per week from Sunday to Friday, lasting an average of 10 hours but up to 12 on busy nights with overtime. You will work most stat holidays with additional stat pay or time in lieu per ESA legislation.

The role involves handling 1,500 cases per shift averaging 30 pounds (up to 72 pounds), walking over 10 kilometers, constant standing, bending, stretching, lifting up to 70 pounds, and working in cold freezer environments. It requires heavy lifting, high endurance, and fast-paced repetitive work.

Candidates need to be physically capable of heavy lifting and high endurance, have reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+ years old, and fluent in English. High volume warehouse experience with pallet jack or forklift is beneficial, along with being safety conscious and having a teamwork attitude.
