Requirements

Responsibilities

Material Planning: Forecasting and collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product availability and efficient replenishment processes. Managing inventory levels, optimizing stock turnover, and preventing stock outs or overstock situations in production and warehouses
Transport planning: Plan and execute on in- and outbound shipments to ensure material just in time. Comply with shipping regulations, import/export laws, and safety standards
Procurement: Forecast and order management based on confirmed demand
Demand and Production planning: Collect demand from internal stakeholders, plan, communicate and follow up to ensure plans are executed accordingly. Report results and proactively work with risk assessment
Customer planning: Execute the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, and meeting customer delivery expectations. Coordinating with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries and issues promptly
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline order fulfillment processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency
Performance Metrics: Work to deliver according to key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, such as order cycle time, order accuracy, and on-time delivery
Internal Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborating with customer project managers, manufacturing engineering, industrialization project managers, etc. to improve the efficiency and quality of the supply chain
Data Analysis: Analyzing order fulfillment data to identify trends and areas for improvement and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions
