  • 5+ years of experience in delivering supply chain and operations projects
  • 3+ years specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations
  • Ability to interact effectively, articulate a solution, and influence business outcomes
  • Experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules (Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing)
  • Implementation experience in configuring Supply planning and Order fulfilment Applications
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Authoring Level2 Certification in Kinaxis
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Business Process Reengineering skills
  • Drive continuous optimization of support systems, workflows, and tools
  • Deep skills for portfolio/project management on platforms such as Asana, Monday, etc

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and desired outcomes
  • Translate business processes into system solutions by adhering to industry best practices
  • Configure Kinaxis Supply planning and Order fulfilment modules
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, workbooks, worksheets, and scripts in Kinaxis Rapid Response application to support supply chain and Operation business function
  • Troubleshoot and provide ongoing maintenance and administration of the Rapid Response platform
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system design, configuration, and data integration between edge applications
