Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list
- Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Use handheld scanner (RF device) to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
- Operate equipment
- Work within digital initiatives: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
- Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner
- Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean)
- Maintain GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the OMNI Space
- Organize member orders in bin storage based on gold standards
- Regularly clean and maintain storage bins based on safety standards
