Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in related discipline
  • 3–7+ years experience in Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS P2P modules (Procurement and Payables)
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Payments, Supplier Portal/Supplier Management
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation or upgrade
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency required for interaction with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business requirement workshops for Procurement, Payables, Supplier Management, and related processes; translate business needs into functional specifications, configuration setups, and process flows
  • Recommend best-practice P2P solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud/EBS standards
  • Configure and support Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing (Requisitions, POs, Approvals), Procurement Contracts, Sourcing rules, Buyer Work Centers, and Catalog Management
  • Configure Invoice Processing, 2-way/3-way/4-way match setups, tolerances, holds, and invoice validation
  • Manage Payment Methods, Payment Process Profiles, Bank setups, disbursements, and payment runs
  • Troubleshoot invoice holds, payment failures, and match exceptions
  • Implement Supplier Registration, Supplier Qualification, and Supplier Profile Management
  • Configure Supplier Portal access, onboarding workflows, and supplier communication processes
  • Work with technical teams on integrations among Procurement, Payables, Inventory, GL, and external systems
  • Support data migration activities including Supplier Master, Open POs, and AP Open Invoices
  • Build and validate reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools
  • Develop SIT/UAT test scripts for P2P flows and execute testing for requisitions, receipts, invoices, payments, and supplier processes
  • Support cutover activities: supplier load, approval hierarchies, PO migration, invoice conversions
  • Support process documentation, SOPs, and functional knowledge transfer
