Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle ERP, preferably Oracle ERP – R12
  • In-depth functional knowledge and experience in ERP systems, with implementation experience of large ERP applications emphasizing Supply chain modules and process flows
  • Experience implementing Oracle functions in: Order management, Procurement, Sales Management, Accounts Payable, and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles
  • Familiarity with other technologies such as Cloud computing, Machine learning, and Data science
  • Understanding of system design concepts
  • Proficiency in programming languages beyond PL/SQL
  • Experience with reporting platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlik
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Expertise in API and EDI integrations
  • Hands-on experience in system integration
  • Demonstrated proficiency authoring basic to complex queries in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, Demantra, Procurement, or PLM is a plus
  • Prior experience integrating ERP applications with 3rd party tools is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Track and control projects for assigned modules or systems
  • Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams to oversee development of new system functionalities, upgrades, and modifications
  • Address day-to-day issues through problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution
  • Solve complex problems using innovative perspectives with existing solutions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Provide informal guidance to junior staff and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhancements
  • Work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering and understanding customer needs
  • Coordinate and carry out technical activities with multiple groups, including new development, maintenance, and production support
  • Assist in allied activities of the ERP Applications Team, working with vendor support and internal support teams to ensure smooth running of ERP systems
