Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous certification to operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.) preferred; ability to attain certification required if not previously certified
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States (no sponsorship anticipated)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English
  • Current, State-issued driver’s license for driving internal vehicles
  • Ability to pick-up and move 30-pound containers
  • Meet area-specific Functional Job Description and Post Offer Exam requirements
  • Ability to wear respirator as required when handling hazardous materials
  • Ability to wear proper gowning and personal protective equipment when in warehouse or production node
  • Must complete learning plan & training for role

Responsibilities

  • Receipt & put-a-way of materials into proper storage conditions
  • Prepping materials for interplant shipment
  • Prepping materials for domestic and international shipment
  • Package & Label materials to comply with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Staging and prepping work area while wearing proper gowning and PPE
  • Conducting cycle counts, performing material handling duties at manufacturing nodes on site when assigned
  • Kit consumable materials for use in manufacturing operations
  • Pick and prepare materials to meet manufacturing production schedules
  • Operate powered industrial equipment in a safe and proper manner to ensure the efficient flow of material through the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP / MES
  • Adhere to regulatory agency guidelines while working in the warehouse
  • Handle and process materials using inventory control systems following GMP processes at all times
