Requirements

Onsite availability in Gastonia plant
Availability for full-time second shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Responsibilities

Select and load paper, add and adjust adhesive, start the winder, and adjust to meet specifications
Measure parent tubes and adjust the cut-off
Fill and monitor ink reservoirs
Clear jams and misfed tubes from the system
Perform quality checks: Measure Parent Stick, Skiving, Inside Print, Gaps inside Tube, Gluing and Ply Spread, Printing (color and pattern placement)
Complete production documentation
Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area
Follow all safety rules and policies, promote a safe work environment, and report any safety violations immediately
