Requirements

High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
1+ years of experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
Available to work first shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, overtime and weekends as needed
Good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
Ability to operate material-moving equipment
Good understanding of how to operate basic hand tools and power tools needed for assembly
Team player capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures
Ability to work with small parts and read fine text

Responsibilities

Applying settings and maintaining assembly tools
Inspecting purchased parts, components, and equipment
Performing high and low-level temperature soldering to ensure attention to detail
Assembling components per assembly drawings & bill of material
Working effectively in a multi-team environment; communicating with sales, planning, engineering, and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues
Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
