Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
  • Available to work first shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, overtime and weekends as needed
  • Good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
  • Ability to operate material-moving equipment
  • Good understanding of how to operate basic hand tools and power tools needed for assembly
  • Team player capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures
  • Ability to work with small parts and read fine text

Responsibilities

  • Applying settings and maintaining assembly tools
  • Inspecting purchased parts, components, and equipment
  • Performing high and low-level temperature soldering to ensure attention to detail
  • Assembling components per assembly drawings & bill of material
  • Working effectively in a multi-team environment; communicating with sales, planning, engineering, and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues
  • Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
